The attendees purchasing the above tickets for them and their guests hereby grants permission to Lens Trek and Sky 9 Events and its affiliates to use any photographs or recordings taken of me and my guests during the purchased ticketed event for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes. This includes but is not limited to print materials, online publications, social media, and any other medium.
I understand that these images may be used without further notification or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product wherein mine or my guest’s likeness appears. I also release Sky 9 Events, Lens Trek, and its representatives from any liability associated with the use of these images.
